Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Unfaithfully Loyal. We want to be upfront about how your order is shipped so you know exactly what to expect.

Two Ways We Ship

Some of our products are held in-house and dispatched directly by us from Western Australia. These orders are typically packed and sent within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed.

Other products are dispatched directly from our suppliers. These items are clearly part of our broader catalogue and will be shipped within 3–5 business days of your order being placed.

Delivery Timeframes (Australia)

Western Australia: 2–5 business days
Eastern States (VIC, NSW, QLD, SA): 5–10 business days
Remote or rural areas may take a little longer.

All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Discreet Packaging

All orders are sent in plain, unmarked packaging. Nothing on the outside of the package will indicate the contents or our store name. Your privacy is our priority.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at zanetta@unfaithfullyloyal.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Please note that once a parcel has been handed to the carrier, delivery timeframes are outside of our direct control. We appreciate your patience.
